How to return an item to Crown Jewels

Crown Jewels wants you to have a wonderful experience purchasing our jewellery online and when you are wearing it!

Should your jewellery be not quite right, Crown Jewels is more than happy to offer an exchange. Should your jewellery be faulty, flawed or damaged,
Crown Jewels is more than happy to refund your money for genuine complaints.

It is important you return your jewellery within 14 days of purchase date if you aren’t happy with it or something is genuinely wrong with it.

Please email us to let us know you are returning jewellery. Email Crown Jewels at info@crownjewelsinternational.com.

If you are returning a piece of jewellery that is not quite right, ensure you leave the swing tag attached and it has not been worn. As you have changed your mind, the cost of returning the jewellery and resending additional pieces, is your cost.

If you are returning a faulty, flawed or damaged piece of jewellery, the cost of the return postage will be deducted from your refund.

We do not exchange or refund sale items if you have changed your mind.
